Swedish massage is the beginning basis of most massage treatments. It is a gentle massage over the entire body, using long gliding strokes along the muscles to achieve deep relaxation, improve circulation, and improve flexibility.

Therapeutic massage aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body, through slow strokes, and a deeper pressure, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons, and fascia for pain relief and deep relaxation.
